Processing and Shipping.

Rogue Drops currently uses a mix of hand made and third party shipping to fulfill all orders both domestic and international. Between the fact that all items are processed by hand, unless embroidery (as we currently have no way to fulfill embroidery in house) - please allow for seven to ten days for processing time. If the order is urgent or you desperately need it by a certain time, please contact Rogue Drops via the contact button so we can potentially work with you to meet deadlines.

Drops and restock schedule.

Sometimes we might drop items sporadically, especially if the desire hits out of no where - however, we will try to go to only dropping new items on Fridays at 10AM MST. While we do not technically do limited drops, it might become something we utilize in the future - but given we are a made to order company, restocks will look different ... as they will just be a reopening of order abilities. This will typically come when the active fulfillment list is tackled and we are in a good place to start comfortably taking orders again (we, as if this is not a one man show). Any alterations to the usual content or schedule will be discussed beforehand.

Shipping costs.

Shipping is automatically generated, unless orders over $50.00 are submitted - in which case shipping costs are waived. Everything will be automatically calculated at checkout for you.

Lost packages andshipping delays.

Once a package is dropped off with the carrier, we cannot maintain responsibility for what happens to it. Lost packages, delays in movement, or damages are done by the carrier - we can certainly work with you to try to track down any issues, but it is primarily your responsibility as the consumer to ensure you keep an eye on your parcel once it leaves Rogue Drops. We are not unreasonable, however, and will work with getting you a replacement if something happens.
