What happened to my order?

Turnaround time for orders?

Typically, the turn around time for all orders is seven to ten days, weekends included because that's when we are the most available for order processing. Sometimes the turn around might be longer depending on the number of items and item type - we only ask for patience, as again, this is a one woman show.

The sizing / address / etc is wrong!

If you made a mistake in your order, please use the Contact Form with your order number - we will get things corrected as long as the order itself hasn't moved to the processing stage... in which case sizing / color / etc cannot be changed.

Return and refunds?

As of 2026, we do not offer Returns or Exchanges on items as they are all hand-made to order. This means that everything is crafted upon ordering - there is typically no additional stock kept. However! If something has gone very wrong, you can reach out ... we want to work with you to make things right if there is a big issue.

Please double check all sizing, color choices, and anything else related to the item you're ordering before submitting an order - or if you need corrections, you reach out right away so they can be made before an item is processed.

What is the sizing like?

Most of the items used, unless otherwise stated, are 100% cotton. Most shirts are a more athletic fit cut and can be prone to shrinkage if laundered in correctly. We always recommend washing in cold and drying on low to preserve the garment and the design.

Please note that we do charge more for blanks in XXL and above - not to be mistaken for deterrence of wear, the blanks are just more expensive than the other sizes. Prices are set to ensure we can supply the best quality blanks without having to compromise for larger sizes.

If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

How does pricing work?

All of our prices are based on the baseline cost of material + the amount of time it takes to prep, print, and process the items ordered. This is why some items fluctuate in price - the cost of materials might be more for that color / size.

We understand that affordability and accessibility is always important, but so is keeping some kind of profit margin to ensure a small business stays alive!

Will my items all ship together?

Yes, unless you have ordered a mixture of embroidery and printing - in which case the embroidery must go through our third party partner (Printiful).

Do you have an influencer program?

We do! It is currently open to new folks, regardless of following size, and you can inquire about it via our Contact Form if you are interested.
